Once your application has been accepted and your screening started, we will then do our best to get it to the "Limited" stage as soon as possible.

This stage does not mean your screening is completed, but it does mean we have enough evidence to provisionally pass your application. This also allows you to begin working with the company we are screening you on behalf of.

In order to get to this stage, we must have completed the following:

Once your screening starts, your assigned screener will contact you and advise you of any documentation required. Cooperation with our screening team will enable us to complete your screening quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in you starting your new employment.

NVS UK WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY ABUSE TOWARDS OUR MEMBERS OF STAFF. ABUSIVE ACTIONS WILL BE REPORTED TO YOUR EMPLOYER AND WE MAY REFUSE TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR SCREENING.

As soon as we have the required information and documentation, a "Limited Report" will be sent to your employer. We cannot send the report directly to you.

If you are unsure if your screening is at this stage or if anything else is required, we advise you to contact your employer first to see if they have received the limited report. You employer has access to the progress of your screening and can usually advise if anything else is required.

If you do wish to contact us directly, you can call us on 0333 33 26 200. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. We are closed on Bank Holidays and for the period between Christmas and New Years.
