Below is the full list of acceptable proof of address documents. Your proof of address document must be addressed directly to yourself, we do not accept circular mail. Joint documents are fine as long as they show your name and are not just addressed to "The Occupier". The document must be dated within the acceptable time frames, the date must be clearly visible and it must show your full, current address. Documents with partial postcodes cannot be accepted.

All details must be clearly visible and legible. Please ensure there is no glare or dark shadows and nothing is obscuring any part of the document. Blurry, obscured, too small or too cropped documentation will not be accepted.

Failure to supply a valid proof of address will result in your screening being rejected.

DO NOT upload password protected documents, we cannot use these and they can corrupt the rest of your application form, resulting in rejection.

Please ensure that only the acceptable below documents are supplied for screening as proof of address.

  • Utility bill dated within the last 3 months – Mobile phone bills and TV licence bills NOT accepted
  • Bank or Credit Card statement dated within the last 3 months - Store and Catalogue Cards NOT accepted
