We will contact you via Telephone, Email and SMS. Please provide full and correct contact details, as being unable to contact you will prevent your screening from being carried out, which can in turn affect your employment.

We will try not to contact you too often during the screening process. However, it is sometimes necessary to contact you for additional information or documentation as new situations arise. We cannot always predict exactly what will be required at the start of your screening. Cooperation with our screening team will enable us to complete your screening quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in you starting your new employment.

For example, if you have lived or worked overseas, we may need to request additional information or forms so that we can conduct the required checks. If we are confirming a degree qualification for you, it may be that the university requires your signature on their official consent forms.

We may also need to contact you to clarify some of the information provided on your application form, or to request assistance in obtaining a reference from a past employer if they are not responding or cannot be located. Whatever the reason for contacting you, we will always provide details of what we need and how you can help.

If you have any questions about the necessity of these checks, please contact your new employer, as we only carry out screenings at their specific request.

Refusal to respond to our attempts to contact you will cause delays in completing your screening, which may affect your employment.

Continued refusal will result in us informing your new employer of your uncooperativeness and could result in your screening being cancelled, which may affect your employment.

NVS UK WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY ABUSE TOWARDS OUR MEMBERS OF STAFF. ABUSIVE ACTIONS WILL BE REPORTED TO YOUR EMPLOYER AND WE MAY REFUSE TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR SCREENING.
