NOTE: DO NOT upload password protected documents, we cannot use these and they may corrupt the rest of your application form resulting in rejection.
PROOF OF IDENTITY: Upload your proof of ID here. There is also a spare upload box if you need to provide any supporting documents such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree or change of name deed poll.
PROOF OF ADDRESS: Upload your proof of address here.
Proof of Earnings: Upload bank statements or payslips showing proof of earnings in this section.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Whilst a Driving Licence is a valid proof of ID and proof of address, it CANNOT be used for both categories. If you have used your driving licence in one category, you must use a different document for the other.
Please do not just email us the required documents, we are unable to receive and check your application until you correctly upload them and submit your application.
