The checks we are carrying out are part of the screening process which has been requested by your new employer. Those wishing to work in the security sector and certain other types of employment must be screened to the BS7858 Standard.
Cooperation with our screening team will ensure your screening is completed quickly and efficiently, preventing any delays in starting your employment.
If you do not wish to consent to the required pre-employment checks or have questions about the necessity of the process, you should raise your concerns with your HR advisor or line manager. They will be able to advise what impact failure to complete the screening will have on the recruitment process.
At NVS UK we cannot carry out checks without your consent. If you do not give consent or are uncooperative during the screening process, this may affect your employment with your new employer.
NVS UK WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY ABUSE TOWARDS OUR MEMBERS OF STAFF. ABUSIVE ACTIONS WILL BE REPORTED TO YOUR EMPLOYER AND WE MAY REFUSE TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR SCREENING.
